Creative direction and Brand development
I worked with English Heritage one of the UK’s most prestigious cultural brands as a consultant Creative Director to help develop a digital team of 40 people by guiding them through the process of delivering a digital product using agile methodologies.
I was responsible for mentoring and guiding the digital team through all stages of the project from initial user story mapping through IA, design guidelines, logo and brand development.
The high public profile of this project meant that I worked collaboratively with project sponsors presenting to project sponsors and supporting them at the very highest levels of government.

Full responsive mobile first design solution was created based on Bootstrap. I worked with the internal team of developers producing iterative prototypes and a final MVP launch site.
Logo development in conjunction with the internal team and final logo design was delivered as part of the CD role.
Final design guidelines documentation was produced to help guide the first application of the logo and brand across print and digital.
